The San Juan Beach Hotel would like to extend the following group rate:
$79.00 ROH (Run Of The House) Single or double room rates per room per night
(Rate does include continental breakfast)

Additional 11% Government Tax and 9% Hotel Service Charge. 
A third & fourth adult has an additional cost of $20.00 per person plus applicable taxes
                             
(Maximum of 4 adults per room).
Group Special Concessions based on the fulfillment of this Agreement:

Group Rate available three (3) days prior and three (3) days post Group dates based on availability.

All double rooms have two (2) full size beds and the single rooms have one (1) king size bed.  It is very important to have the room type specified on the rooming list due to our single rooms are limited.

Location: The San Juan Beach Hotel is located in the heart of the Condado area, 7 miles from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and 3 miles from the Piers and downtown Old San Juan.  We are walking distance from shopping, dining and nightlife.  The hotel is between the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon.  Our beach is not swimmable as there is a reef along the Condado; at walking distance our guests can enjoy a tranquil beach in the Condado public beach or another beach with more waves in front of La Ventana al Mar Park.
Restaurant and Bar: The San Juan Beach Hotel hosts the new and exciting Sul Mare Restaurant.  We offer lunch and dinner featuring Caribbean creative cuisine, an exotic blend of local fare and international mystical flavors, with a beautiful ocean view.  As part of your rate, all your clients will enjoy daily continental breakfast buffet every morning.  Our bar, Mares Lounge, is located in the lobby area.  You can enjoy one of our signature cocktails all in warm and comfortable atmosphere accompanying with the unique Atlantic Ocean waves.

• Our Hotel has 96 guest rooms.
• The Largest Rooms in Condado – Our rooms are uncommonly spacious and their views are spectacular.  All rooms face either the Atlantic Ocean or the Condado Lagoon.
• Complimentary Wireless Internet Access for our guest, available throughout the hotel.
• Complimentary Internet Station 24 hours daily at the lobby.
• “A la carte” breakfast upon request.
• A full work desk with lamp and ergonomic chair.
• Remote controlled satellite color television.
• Iron, ironing board and blow dryer.
• Windows have protection system against light and noise.
• Valet parking available at $10 plus 7% tax daily fee.
• Ocean side swimming pool.  (Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.)  There is no lifeguard on duty.
